The College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU) offers two types of scholarships to support outstanding applicants:
1. Full academic scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to applicants who demonstrate exceptional academic potential for success in a Master’s degree program. Eligible candidates must have attained a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.50 or higher. The scholarship covers the full tuition fee.
2. Partial Scholarship and ASEAN Scholarship
These scholarships are designed to assist applicants who may not be able to afford the full tuition fee. Partial scholarships provide financial support that covers a portion of the tuition fee. To be considered, applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.25 or higher. ASEAN Scholarships are also available for qualified candidates from ASEAN member countries.
Important Notes:
- Scholarships are limited in number and are awarded on a competitive, case-by-case basis.
- Submission of a scholarship application does not guarantee that a scholarship will be granted.
- Applicants must submit all required documents for scholarship consideration within the application period of the selected admission round.
- Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
Eligibility Requirements for Scholarship Consideration
- Graduate Bachelor Degree with GPA. 3.5 for Full academic Scholarship or GPA. 3.25 for Partial Scholarship.
- Submit English Proficiency document (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 550) gained within the last 2 years
or
- Take CMMU English Examination. (550 TOEFL ITP both Thai and International program).
- Pass CMMU Admission interview process.
Scholarship Application Process
Applicants who wish to be considered for a scholarship must first be admitted to the Master of Management program of their choice as regular students. Scholarship decisions will only be made after admission has been granted.
To be eligible for scholarship consideration, applicants must submit the completed Scholarship Application Form together with their program application. All scholarship documents must be received no later than the application deadline of the relevant admission round.
Required Documents for Scholarship Application:
- Completed Scholarship Application Form (in English) – The form can be downloaded from the link provided above.
- Two Letters of Recommendation
– Academic references written in English by former instructors to support the scholarship application.
- Personal Statement (in English)
– A typed statement (maximum 1 page, single-spaced) explaining why you believe you are a strong candidate for the scholarship.
- Copies of Identification Documents
– A copy of your National ID Card or Passport, and a copy of your University Transcript.
Scholarship Conditions
- Full Scholarship Recipients
Students awarded a Full Academic Scholarship are required to:
- Write their thesis in English
- Present their thesis at a national or international academic conference prior to graduation
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 at the end of each trimester
- Partial Scholarship Recipients
Students awarded a Partial Scholarship must Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 at the end of each trimester
Note Failure to meet these academic and research requirements may result in the termination or adjustment of the scholarship award.
